As a Property Manager, you will partner with building engineers, leasing teams, and vendors to maintain properties at the highest standards while achieving occupancy and revenue targets. Responsibility

Qualification

  • Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Yardi, Entrata) and MS Excel.
  • Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; customer-service oriented and responsive.
  • Knowledge of local landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
