Harborview Realty Partners is seeking a results-driven Property Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of residential and mixed-use properties in the Houston area. This role blends tenant relations, operations, and financial stewardship to deliver exceptional resident experiences and maximize asset value.
As a Property Manager, you will partner with building engineers, leasing teams, and vendors to maintain properties at the highest standards while achieving occupancy and revenue targets. You will lead day-to-day operations, oversee maintenance programs, and ensure compliance with safety and housing regulations.

Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of assigned properties, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and vendor management.
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and control operating costs.
- Lead leasing and marketing efforts to achieve target occupancy and maximize rental revenue.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, financial reports, and variance analyses across properties.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including fair housing and safety requirements.
- Foster strong tenant relations through proactive communication, timely responses, and resident events.
- Collaborate with property owners and asset managers to maximize NOI and asset value.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of property management or multi-family experience, with a track record of occupancy gains and cost control.
- Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Yardi, Entrata) and MS Excel.
- Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; customer-service oriented and responsive.
- Knowledge of local landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
