BlueKey Property Group is seeking a results-driven Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of residential and mixed-use properties in Austin, TX. You will lead leasing, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and financial performance to deliver exceptional resident experiences and strong returns.

Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of assigned properties to ensure upkeep, safety, and resident satisfaction.
- Manage tenant relations, lease administration, renewals, and move-ins/move-outs.
- Develop and monitor operating budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to maximize NOI.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and vendor contracts; ensure timely completion.
- Enforce lease terms, codes, accessibility standards, and regulatory compliance; pass audits with ease.
- Analyze portfolio performance metrics and prepare monthly reports for ownership.
- Collaborate with leasing team to optimize occupancy and revenue across properties.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, hospitality, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of property management experience, preferably in residential or mixed-use properties.
- Hands-on experience with property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, Entrata) and strong Excel skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid understanding of fair housing laws, local codes, and safety standards.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, vendor contracts, and capital expenditure planning.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
