Job description

PrimeProperty Management Solutions is seeking a results‑driven Property Manager to lead operations for a portfolio of premier properties in Austin, Texas. This full‑time role combines hands‑on property operations, leasing, and financial performance to deliver exceptional resident experiences and asset value.

As a Property Manager, you will collaborate with owners, tenants, and vendors to maintain high standards of service, compliance, and safety while optimizing profitability and occupancy.

Responsibility

  • Oversee daily property operations for a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties to ensure high occupancy, safety, and curb appeal.
  • Coordinate leasing activities: market properties, conduct showings, screen applicants, prepare and execute leases, and manage renewals.
  • Develop and monitor annual operating budgets, track cash flow, and produce regular financial and occupancy reports for owners.
  • Manage vendor relationships, supervise maintenance schedules, obtain bids, review work quality, and ensure timely project completion.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, implement safety protocols, and enforce community rules and standards as applicable.
  • Coordinate capital improvement projects, manage contracts, and maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Provide exceptional tenant relations, respond promptly to inquiries, and resolve issues to preserve tenant satisfaction and retention.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of property management experience, preferably overseeing multiple properties.
  • Strong knowledge of local landlord-tenant laws, fair housing, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills.
  • Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, Entrata) and MS Office.
  • Ability to analyze budgets, prepare financial reports, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel between properties as needed.
