In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our property sales pipeline by identifying opportunities, presenting compelling property solutions to clients, and managing an active portfolio of leads from first contact to closing. You will collaborate with Marketing and Operations to ensure accurate property information, timely follow-ups, and a seamless customer experience. Your day-to-day will involve prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing potential buyers, preparing persuasive proposals, and presenting property features, location advantages, and financing options. You will maintain a clean CRM, track activities, and report progress to the sales leadership. Your success will be measured by pipeline health, conversion rate, and revenue from property sales in the Serpong area. Responsibility
- Identify and develop new property sales opportunities in the Serpong area and beyond
- Present accurate property details, value propositions, and financial options to prospective buyers
- Manage and nurture the prospect database, ensuring timely follow-ups and meeting scheduled commitments
- Convert leads into signed agreements by guiding clients through the buying process
- Collaborate with Marketing to create compelling collateral and property campaigns
- Prepare compelling proposals, quotations, and competitive bids
- Maintain high standards of customer service and CRM data quality
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualification
- Proven experience in real estate or property sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
- Experience using CRM tools and sales analytics
- Target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, marketing, or related field preferred
- Fluent in Indonesian; proficient in English is a plus
