BGC Group is seeking a dedicated Psychologist with a focus on Crime Psychology to support the development and evaluation of programs that assist scam victims and promote trauma‑informed practices. In this contract role based in Singapore's Central Region, you will apply your clinical and forensic expertise to design, implement, and refine interventions that help victims recover, regain autonomy, and navigate complex emotional and practical challenges.

Responsibility
- Lead psychological assessments and clinical interviews with scam victims to inform treatment planning and program design.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate trauma-informed intervention programs aimed at reducing harm and promoting recovery among scam victims.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (victim support services, legal aid, cybersecurity awareness) to integrate psychological insights into service delivery.
- Provide expert consultation to program staff and delivery partners on trauma-informed care, risk assessment, and ethical practice.
- Analyze program data, write clear evaluation reports, and contribute to ongoing improvement of interventions.
- Ensure compliance with professional ethics, data privacy, and regulatory guidelines; maintain accurate documentation and case notes.
Qualification
- Registered Psychologist (or equivalent) with relevant clinical or forensic specialization; eligible to register in Singapore.
- Experience in crime psychology, trauma-informed care, victim support, or forensic settings.
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and evidence-based treatment planning skills.
- Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate programs using data-driven approaches.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to convey complex psychological concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams; high ethical standards and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in data collection, program evaluation methods, and report writing.
