Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and differential diagnoses in collaboration with clients and families.
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy (CBT, ACT, psychodynamic approaches) tailored to individual needs.
- Develop and implement individualized, measurable treatment plans and track progress.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other professionals to coordinate care.
- Document clinical notes, treatment plans, and progress in the EMR with accuracy and HIPAA compliance.
- Engage in ongoing professional development, case consultations, and supervision.
- Participate in community outreach and education initiatives.
Qualification
- Doctoral or master's degree in psychology or a related field from an accredited program.
- Active license to practice in Washington State or eligible for licensure transfer.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical psychotherapy experience with diverse populations.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapies (CBT, ACT, DBT, IPT) and reliable assessment tools.
- Excellent communication, ethical judgment, and commitment to client confidentiality.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and manage a reasonable caseload.
- Proficiency with EMR systems and documentation standards.
- Fluency in Spanish or another language is a plus.
