Responsibility

Qualification

  • Active license to practice in Washington State or eligible for licensure transfer.

  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapies (CBT, ACT, DBT, IPT) and reliable assessment tools.
  • Excellent communication, ethical judgment, and commitment to client confidentiality.

  • Proficiency with EMR systems and documentation standards.
  • Fluency in Spanish or another language is a plus.
