Responsibility
- Lead data driven program evaluations to measure impact and inform decision making.
- Design and implement surveillance and monitoring systems in collaboration with local health departments.
- Analyze health indicators, prepare dashboards, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Develop policy briefs, reports, and grant proposals to support program funding.
- Coordinate cross functional teams across epidemiology, communications, and operations.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards, data privacy, and reporting requirements.
- Provide capacity building support through training and technical assistance.
- Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership and community partners.
Qualification
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or a related field; doctoral degrees preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of public health experience in program evaluation or surveillance.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (R, SAS, SPSS) and SQL.
- Experience with health policy development and grant writing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex data to diverse audiences.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team; exceptional problem solving skills.
