Join our mission to safeguard and improve community health. We are seeking a skilled Public Health Analyst to support data driven programs, surveillance, and policy initiatives in Boston.
As a member of our team, you will apply advanced analytics to population health data, monitor health indicators, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for program improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead data collection, cleaning, and statistical analysis for public health programs
- Develop surveillance dashboards and regular reports to monitor priority health indicators
- Collaborate with epidemiologists, policy makers, and program staff to design, implement, and evaluate interventions
- Translate complex findings into concise briefings for leadership and external partners
- Prepare grant proposals, progress reports, and policy memos to support program funding and decisions
- Ensure data quality, ethical standards, and compliance with applicable regulations
Responsibility

Qualification
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field such as Epidemiology or Biostatistics
- 3+ years of public health data analysis and program evaluation experience
- Proficiency in R, Python, or SAS; experience with Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with public health surveillance systems and GIS
- Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to present technical information to non technical audiences
- Experience with grant writing or research funding applications is a plus
