Responsibility
- Lead and coordinate public health data analysis and surveillance to inform program design and policy decisions.
- Develop and monitor performance metrics and dashboards to track program impact and outcomes.
- Collaborate with community organizations, government agencies, and clinical partners to design and implement health interventions.
- Conduct epidemiologic studies and contribute to rapid-cycle evaluation of programs to support data-driven decisions.
- Prepare briefs, reports, and presentations for stakeholders, funding agencies, and leadership teams.
- Support grant writing, budgeting, and project management to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
- Ensure data quality, privacy, and compliance with public health regulations and ethical standards.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or a related field; Masterβs degree preferred.
- 2β5 years of relevant experience in public health data analysis, surveillance, or program evaluation.
- Strong knowledge of epidemiology methods, biostatistics, and survey design.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as R, SAS, Stata, and SQL; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Experience with grant reporting and knowledge of public health funding mechanisms is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work with diverse partners, and maintain ethical standards and privacy compliance.
