  • Translate epidemiological results into practical recommendations for program design, implementation, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with epidemiologists, data scientists, and program managers to plan evaluations and measure impact across multiple grants.
  • Conduct data quality audits, ensure data privacy compliance, and implement governance best practices.
  • Prepare technical memoranda, policy briefs, and stakeholder-ready summaries for diverse audiences.
  • Support grant reporting, budget forecasting, and strategic planning related to public health interventions.

Qualification

  • 2+ years of hands-on public health data analysis, surveillance, or program evaluation.
  • Proficiency in SQL; strong experience with R or Python for data analysis; familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of epidemiology concepts, study design, bias assessment, and interpretation of results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with data privacy, HIPAA or equivalent regulations, and data governance practices.
