Responsibility
- Lead data-driven program evaluations to measure outcomes and inform decisions.
- Develop and monitor performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design evidence-based public health interventions.
- Utilize epidemiological methods to identify trends and health disparities.
- Prepare grant reports, briefings, and policy recommendations for leadership.
- Translate complex data into accessible insights for non-technical audiences.
- Support capacity-building and training for local partners.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state public health regulations and data privacy standards.
Qualification
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience in public health data analysis or program evaluation.
- Proficiency in SQL, R or Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Experience with study design, sampling, and statistical methods.
- Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to translate data into policy-relevant insights.
- Experience with grant reporting and project management.
- Knowledge of federal and state public health regulations (e.g., HIPAA, 45 CFR Part 164).
