Responsibility
- Lead development and management of public health programs from planning to execution
- Design and monitor performance indicators, dashboards, and evaluation plans
- Coordinate cross sector partnerships with local health departments, hospitals, and community groups
- Oversee budget and resource allocation to maximize program impact
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards, data privacy, and security
- Prepare reports for funders and stakeholders and present findings to diverse audiences
- Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Qualification
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field; MPH preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of program management in public health or community health settings
- Strong knowledge of surveillance, epidemiology, and evidence based practice
- Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, R, SAS, or Python) and data visualization
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
