Responsibility

  • Design and maintain dashboards and analytics reports to monitor key public health indicators and program performance.
  • Analyze large health datasets using statistical methods and software (R, SQL, SAS, Python) to generate actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with epidemiologists and program staff to translate research questions into rigorous analyses.
  • Support program evaluation and impact assessment for grant-funded initiatives and policy initiatives.
  • Prepare clear, policy-relevant reports and presentations for stakeholders, funders, and leadership.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, privacy, and compliance with public health regulations and ethics.

Qualification

  • Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or a related field; doctoral degree a plus.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in public health data analysis or surveillance.
  • Strong proficiency in R and SQL; experience with SAS and Python is a plus.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI; ability to create executive-ready dashboards.
  • Experience with program evaluation and impact assessment methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate analytics into actionable policy recommendations.
  • Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and ethics in health data; strong attention to detail.
