\nAs part of our analytic team, you will work across surveillance, program evaluation, and implementation science to turn data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders, funders, and policymakers.
Responsibility

- Design, implement, and monitor public health programs and interventions. \n
- Analyze population health data to identify trends, disparities, and actionable insights. \n
- Prepare technical reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for diverse audiences. \n
- Collaborate with epidemiology, biostatistics, policy, and program teams. \n
- Evaluate program effectiveness using predefined metrics and logic models. \n
- Support grant writing, budgeting, and compliance activities. \n
- Communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences through presentations and briefs. \n
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and data governance. \n
Qualification
- \n
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Statistics, or a related field. \n
- 3+ years of public health analysis, program evaluation, or epidemiology experience. \n
- Strong data analysis skills (SQL, R, Python) and data visualization (Tableau/Power BI). \n
- Experience with surveillance systems, cohort studies, or survey design. \n
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to present to diverse audiences. \n
- Knowledge of health disparities, social determinants of health, and policy implications. \n
- Strong project management and collaboration skills; ability to work independently. \n
- Experience with grant writing or funding proposals (preferred). \n
