Responsibility
- Perform epidemiologic data analyses to inform program planning and evaluation.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, R, and SQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and monitor public health interventions.
- Conduct community needs assessments and engage stakeholders to set program priorities.
- Translate surveillance findings into actionable recommendations for policymakers and program managers.
- Support grant reporting, documentation, and communication with funders.
Qualification
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or related field.
- 2+ years of public health data analysis or program evaluation experience.
- Proficiency in statistical software (R, SAS, STATA) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of epidemiology principles and health equity concepts.
- Experience with grant reporting, policy communication, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex data clearly.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams; strong project management and organizational abilities.
