As a Public Health Analyst, you will translate epidemiological findings into actionable recommendations, support grant and program reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and monitor interventions.
Responsibility
- Conduct epidemiologic surveillance and data analysis to identify public health trends.
- Develop and monitor performance metrics and program indicators.
- Collaborate with local health departments, community organizations, and stakeholders.
- Design and evaluate public health interventions; prepare reports and dashboards.
- Support grant writing, budgeting, and compliance reporting.
- Ensure data quality, privacy, and ethical standards.
- Translate research findings into policy recommendations.
Qualification
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of public health experience in surveillance, program evaluation, or policy analysis.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, R, SAS, or Python) and data visualization.
- Strong written and verbal communication; grant writing and report presentation experience.
- Experience coordinating with government agencies and community partners.
- Knowledge of public health ethics, privacy, and data governance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
