Responsibility
- Design and conduct analyses of public health data to inform program planning and policy decisions.
- Develop dashboards and reports that translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
- Monitor disease trends and health indicators, ensuring data quality and timeliness.
- Support program evaluation, including logic model development and outcome measurement.
- Collaborate with epidemiologists, researchers, and community partners to implement evidence-based interventions.
- Prepare grant reports and assist with funding applications.
- Communicate findings through compelling briefs and presentations to leadership and partners.
Qualification
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of public health data analysis or program evaluation experience.
- Proficiency in R, Python, SQL; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of epidemiology methods, surveillance, and health indicators.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with grant reporting and working with cross-functional teams.
- Commitment to ethics, privacy, and stakeholder engagement.
