Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end program management for multiple health initiatives, from needs assessment through evaluation and scale-up.
- Design and monitor performance indicators, dashboards, and impact reports to inform decision-making.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across public health agencies, nonprofit partners, and academic collaborators.
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation with a focus on cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal public health regulations and ethical standards.
- Engage with community stakeholders to identify priorities, translate research into practice, and disseminate findings.
- Lead grant writing, grant management, and donor reporting to secure ongoing support.
- Mentor junior staff and build capacity for rigorous program evaluation and data-based storytelling.
Qualification
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Policy, or a related field; doctoral candidates encouraged.
- 5+ years of program management experience in public health or healthcare settings.
- Strong knowledge of epidemiology, biostatistics, and health systems strengthening.
- Proven ability to design and implement program evaluations, with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills; ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience with grant lifecycle management and budget oversight.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, R, or Python) and data visualization (Tableau, Power BI).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
