Job description
We are seeking a results-driven Public Health Program Manager to lead community health initiatives in the Boston area. This full-time role offers an opportunity to design, implement, and evaluate programs that reduce health disparities and improve population health outcomes.
As a key member of our public health team, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners, manage grants, and ensure data-driven decision-making.

Responsibility
- Lead design, implementation, and evaluation of public health programs addressing chronic diseases and health equity.
- Manage grants, budgets, timelines, reporting, and sub-award processes.
- Collaborate with local health departments, community organizations, and researchers to translate data into action.
- Develop logic models, performance dashboards, and KPIs to monitor program impact.
- Conduct needs assessments, surveillance planning, and program evaluation using valid methods.
- Prepare compelling reports, briefs, and presentations for stakeholders and funders.
- Drive continuous quality improvement and capacity-building across teams.
Qualification
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Health Services, or a related field (MPH preferred).
- 3+ years of public health program management or related experience.
- Strong data analysis skills (Excel, and at least one of Stata, R, or SAS).
- Experience with grant writing, budgeting, and funder reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to translate data for diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of health equity, social determinants of health, and population health principles.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with IRB processes, privacy standards, and ethical considerations in research.
