Responsibility
- Direct the planning and execution of multiple public health programs from inception to completion.
- Evaluate data, analyze outcomes, and apply evidence-based strategies for continuous improvement.
- Liaise with stakeholders, government agencies, and community partners to drive engagement and results.
- Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets and timelines.
- Lead and mentor cross-disciplinary project teams to ensure objectives are achieved.
- Design and oversee outreach campaigns for health education and preventative care.
- Prepare reports and present program findings to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Qualification
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field required.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in public health, program management, or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of epidemiology, community health assessment, or health policy.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
- Proven experience managing large or complex budgets.
- Outstanding communication, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency with data analysis and public health software tools preferred.
