Responsibility
- Lead the design, implementation, and scale of community health programs addressing chronic disease prevention and health equity.
- Develop monitoring and evaluation plans, collect data, and generate actionable insights for program improvement.
- Coordinate with city health departments, community organizations, and academic partners to align goals and activities.
- Prepare grant proposals, manage budgets, and report outcomes to funders.
- Oversee project timelines, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration across teams.
- Advocate for vulnerable populations and communicate strategic priorities to diverse stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with public health regulations, privacy laws, and ethical standards.
Qualification
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or a related field; MPH preferred.
- 5+ years of program management or policy experience in public health or community health settings.
- Proven track record with data analysis, performance measurement, and M&E frameworks.
- Experience with grant writing, budget management, and reporting to funders.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, written and verbal communication skills, and cultural humility.
- Familiarity with public health surveillance systems and health equity approaches.
- Proficiency in statistical software (R, SAS, SPSS) or SQL; ability to translate data into accessible insights.
