Join our team at Alorica as a Pure Chat Account Specialist in Quezon City! In this role, you will be responsible for communicating via inbound and/or outbound voice-based and/or non-voice-based channels in English or other languages to provide exceptional customer care.
Responsibility
- Manage customer inquiries through Pure Chat platform
- Respond to customer queries with professionalism and accuracy
- Provide product information and assistance to customers
- Resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Document customer interactions and feedback
Qualification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
