As a Quality Control Inspector, you will partner with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to uphold quality across the production lifecycle.
Responsibility
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections according to SOPs and drawings.
- Operate and calibrate inspection equipment (calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMMs) and document results.
- Record test results and non-conformance details in the quality management system (QMS).
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, QA, and Engineering to investigate deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor process parameters and maintain traceability for batch records in GMP/ISO environments.
- Support root-cause analysis and drive continuous improvements using data-driven methods (SPC where applicable).
- Prepare clear quality reports and contribute to internal audits and supplier quality assessments.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on QC experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of GMP/ISO 9001 quality systems and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with calibration and measurement instruments and basic metrology.
- Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and documentation proficiency.
- Proficient with MS Office and QMS software; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
