As a Quality Control Lead, you will partner with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to uphold rigorous standards, drive process improvements, and maintain compliance with industry regulations. Responsibility
- Lead inbound, in-process, and final inspections to verify conformance to specifications and quality standards.
- Develop and implement QC procedures, SOPs, and testing plans in alignment with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing and Engineering to identify root causes and implement corrective actions for non-conformities.
- Collect, analyze, and present quality metrics to leadership to target continuous improvements.
- Review supplier quality documentation and perform supplier audits as needed.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and process validations.
- Ensure documentation accuracy and traceability for audits and regulatory reviews.
- Drive a culture of quality, safety, and accountability across the production floor.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on quality control experience in manufacturing or a related industry
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP, Six Sigma principles, and statistical process control
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective corrective actions
- Experience with quality management systems and audit preparation
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and data analysis tools; experience with SPC software is a plus
