As a Quality Control Lead, you will partner with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to uphold rigorous standards, drive process improvements, and maintain compliance with industry regulations. Responsibility

  • Lead inbound, in-process, and final inspections to verify conformance to specifications and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement QC procedures, SOPs, and testing plans in alignment with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing and Engineering to identify root causes and implement corrective actions for non-conformities.
  • Collect, analyze, and present quality metrics to leadership to target continuous improvements.
  • Review supplier quality documentation and perform supplier audits as needed.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and process validations.
  • Ensure documentation accuracy and traceability for audits and regulatory reviews.
  • Drive a culture of quality, safety, and accountability across the production floor.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on quality control experience in manufacturing or a related industry
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP, Six Sigma principles, and statistical process control
  • Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective corrective actions
  • Experience with quality management systems and audit preparation
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office and data analysis tools; experience with SPC software is a plus
