You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical excellence, compliance, and successful project delivery. The role covers quality assurance and control, site supervision, and the development of compelling tender proposals.

As a member of our geotechnical division, you will work on challenging projects across construction, foundation design, and subsurface investigations. You will prepare and review QA/QC plans, assist with field testing, and contribute to technical tender submissions that win bids. You will also support project managers in monitoring safety, schedule, and budget while maintaining meticulous records and client communications.

Responsibility

  • Lead and supervise geotechnical site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and project adherence.
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients to deliver accurate geotechnical reports and solutions.
  • Prepare and review QA/QC plans, field procedures, and material testing documentation.
  • Develop technically compelling tender proposals, including scope, methodologies, and cost estimates.
  • Monitor site progress, manage non-conformances, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and company policies.
  • Support project managers during tender reviews and bid submissions.
  • Maintain meticulous records, prepare daily/site reports, and contribute to risk assessments.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering or related field; master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3+ years of geotechnical field, site supervision, or QA/QC experience in construction or related projects.
  • Strong knowledge of geotechnical testing methods (SPT, CPT), soil and rock classification, and laboratory procedures.
  • Experience in tender documentation, cost estimation, and proposal writing.
  • Ability to read and interpret geotechnical reports, drawings, and specifications with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills; proactive problem-solver with strong organizational abilities.
  • Safety-conscious and compliant with local regulations; proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of geotechnical software is a plus.
