Job description
We are currently seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Kuching, Sarawak. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the costing and financial management of construction projects.
Responsibility
- Prepare estimates and budgets for construction projects
- Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations on cost-saving measures
- Manage and track project costs throughout the construction process
- Assess and value variations in the work during the construction phase
- Ensure projects meet legal and quality standards
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
