Responsibility
- Conducting cost estimates and preparing budgets for construction projects
- Reviewing and analyzing building plans to determine material and labor requirements
- Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best prices
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring compliance with budget constraints
- Preparing and submitting progress reports to stakeholders
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities
