We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Tiong Seng Group. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for cost estimation, tender submissions, contract administration, and managing project claims.
Responsibility
- Conducting cost estimates for construction projects
- Preparing tender submissions
- Managing contracts and project claims
- Providing cost advice and recommendations
- Assessing and minimizing risks
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
