Responsibility
- Prepare and submit estimates, budgets, and costings
- Conduct cost analysis and regular cost reporting
- Assist in procurement and contract management

- Ensure project cost control and compliance
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and materials
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
