Responsibility
- Prepare estimates and budgets for construction projects.
- Conduct cost analysis and monitor project expenses.
- Negotiate and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Assess the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Prepare progress reports and financial statements.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of construction laws and regulations.
