You will be responsible for preparing monthly progress claims, verifying sub-contractor payments, finalizing project accounts, and managing cost control processes. Responsibility
- Prepare and submit accurate monthly progress claims to clients and consultants.
- Verify and process sub-contractor payment claims and final account settlements.
- Perform cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting for assigned projects.
- Evaluate tenders and contracts, negotiate terms with suppliers and sub-contractors.
- Monitor ongoing project costs, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Liaise with project teams to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation and administration of contract documentation and variation orders.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all commercial and financial project activities.
Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the construction or civil engineering industry.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore construction standards, contracts (SIA, PSSCOC), and cost management.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in work output.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quantity surveying software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and client liaison.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative project team.
