Integrated OS is actively seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team in Muntinlupa City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing tender processes, preparing accurate cost estimates, and controlling project costs from bid through project closeout. This role offers opportunities to work on diverse construction projects and collaborate with engineers, designers, and procurement specialists.
In this role, you will develop and manage Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost plans, and budgets; evaluate contractor bids, and prepare, verify, and submit payment applications. You will monitor change orders, variations, and cost implications to protect project value and ensure compliance with local regulations. You will use your analytical skills to drive value engineering and maintain procurement timetables.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end tender management from pre-qualification through bid submission, ensuring compliance with timelines and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, and develop and maintain accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for multiple projects.
- Conduct cost planning, value engineering, and budget monitoring to optimize project value and profitability.
- Evaluate contractor bids, recommend award recommendations, and assist with contract negotiation and administration.
- Prepare and verify payment applications, cost reports, and project cash-flow forecasts.
- Manage changes, variations, and claim assessments with clear, auditable documentation.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure alignment of design, scope, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field; relevant professional certification is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in quantity surveying within construction or development projects.
- Strong proficiency in cost estimation software, BOQ preparation, and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with procurement systems.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills; ability to present complex cost data clearly.
- Knowledge of Philippine building regulations and local standards; ability to interpret contracts and specifications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities; capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
