Responsibility
- Prospect and qualify new clients; convert leads to appointments
- List and market residential properties with premium photography and compelling copy
- Conduct property showings and virtual tours; host open houses
- Prepare accurate market analyses and pricing strategies
- Negotiate offers and coordinate with lenders, attorneys, and title companies
- Maintain CRM with activity, pipelines, and timely follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with New York real estate laws, disclosures, and ethics
Qualification
- Active NY Real Estate License or equivalent
- 3+ years of residential or commercial real estate sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with MLS, CRM systems, and marketing tools
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities in NYC
