What you will do is help clients find their dream home or maximize value for sellers, manage transactions from initial consultation to closing, and deliver exceptional service that earns repeat business and referrals.
Responsibility
- Prospect for new clients and nurture relationships through referrals, outreach, and networking events.
- Conduct needs assessments, develop property search criteria, and provide strategic advice to buyers and sellers.
- Create and present compelling CMA reports, market analyses, and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and virtual tours to maximize engagement.
- Negotiate offers, coordinate inspections, and guide clients through the closing process with compliance in mind.
- Develop local marketing plans, leverage CRM and digital channels to generate and nurture leads.
- Maintain meticulous transaction records, track KPIs, and provide regular client updates.
Qualification
- Currently licensed in Washington or eligible for license transfer; 2+ years of residential real estate sales preferred.
- Proven negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with a client-first approach.
- Strong knowledge of MLS, CRM systems, and online marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team; self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Local market knowledge of Seattle neighborhoods and ongoing real estate trends.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; commitment to ongoing professional development.
