Responsibility
- Prospect and qualify buyers and sellers, building a robust pipeline.
- List, market, stage, and schedule showings for properties; host compelling open houses.
- Craft compelling property marketing materials and leverage digital channels.
- Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and facilitate smooth closings with title and escrow partners.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing market insights and timely communications.
- Manage customer relationship management systems, track leads, tasks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and attorneys to ensure a seamless transaction.
- Adhere to all local real estate laws and brokerage policies while upholding the highest ethical standards.
Qualification
- Active California real estate license in good standing.
- Proven track record in residential real estate sales; 1+ year preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of San Francisco market, neighborhoods, and pricing trends.
- Tech-savvy with experience using MLS, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Professional appearance and customer-service orientation; valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
