Responsibility
- Develop and nurture relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors to understand goals and timelines.
- Source and present property opportunities, conduct market analyses, and prepare compelling listing presentations.
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and tours; provide timely feedback to clients.
- Negotiate offers, drafts, and contracts; guide clients through the closing process with attention to compliance and risk management.
- Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns, including digital ads, social media, and property listings.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track leads, and manage a personal pipeline to achieve quarterly targets.
Qualification
- Active New York Real Estate license or willingness to obtain within 60 days.
- 2+ years of real estate sales experience in a high-volume market.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of NYC neighborhoods, market trends, and MLS systems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple transactions and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and digital marketing basics.
