Responsibility

- Collaborate with mortgage lenders, lawyers, and vendors to facilitate smooth closings.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to maximize property exposure.
- Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and manage deal timelines to secure favorable outcomes.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track performance metrics, and provide regular reporting to leadership.
- Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and neighborhood dynamics to advise clients strategically.
Qualification
- Active real estate license in New York (or eligibility to transfer).
- Proven success in closing residential real estate deals; 1-3 years preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities.
