Responsibility
- Prospect and develop new client relationships to expand our buyer and seller network
- Guide clients through every step of the real estate journey with transparency and integrity
- Conduct market analysis and price properties competitively
- Present compelling property listings and coordinate high-impact marketing campaigns
- Negotiate offers and oversee contract-to-close processes with lenders, title, and escrow partners
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up on leads in a timely manner
- Collaborate with a curated team of marketing and operations professionals to optimize performance
Qualification
- Active Texas real estate license or ability to obtain quickly
- 2+ years of real estate sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong local market knowledge and network in Austin
- Proficiency with MLS, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools
- Self-motivated, coachable, and able to work independently and as part of a team
