Responsibility

  • Prospect, qualify, and convert new client inquiries into signed buyer agreements or listing appointments.
  • Perform comprehensive market analyses and prepare compelling property valuations for clients.
  • Draft and present compelling listing presentations, show properties, and coordinate tours with buyers.
  • Negotiate offers and coordinate transactions to successful closings while ensuring compliance and risk management.

Qualification
