We are seeking a results-driven Real Estate Agent who combines market expertise with exceptional client service to close high-value transactions and build a robust referral network.

Responsibility
- Prospect, qualify, and convert new client inquiries into signed buyer agreements or listing appointments.
- Perform comprehensive market analyses and prepare compelling property valuations for clients.
- Draft and present compelling listing presentations, show properties, and coordinate tours with buyers.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate transactions to successful closings while ensuring compliance and risk management.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, manage leads, and follow up consistently to maximize conversions.
- Collaborate with marketing to create property-specific campaigns and leverage digital channels for exposure.
- Provide exceptional client service, communicate transparently, and build long-term relationships for repeat and referral business.
Qualification
- Active real estate license in California and a strong track record in residential sales or luxury property markets.
- Minimum 2 years of real estate experience with proven closing abilities.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with MLS, CRM systems, and listing management software.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and capable of working independently in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong network in San Francisco Bay Area or willingness to build one; responsive and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining high ethical standards.
