Responsibility
- Prospect, qualify, and convert buyers and sellers into active clients using a strategic sales process.
- Conduct market analysis, property valuations, and competitive assessments to position listings effectively.
- Create compelling listing presentations, marketing plans, and property brochures.
- Schedule and host property showings, broker tours, and open houses to maximize exposure.
- Lead end-to-end transaction management, coordinating with lenders, inspectors, and title companies to close on time.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, follow up with prospects, and nurture long-term client relationships.
Qualification
- California real estate license in good standing.
- 2+ years of residential real estate sales experience preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with MLS, CRM platforms, and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Deep knowledge of the San Francisco real estate market and local neighborhoods.
- Self-motivated, ethical, and client-focused with a proven track record of closing deals.
