Responsibility
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of buyers, sellers, and investors in the Miami real estate market.
- Guide clients through the entire purchasing, leasing, and selling process with professionalism and expertise.
- Conduct comparative market analyses to provide accurate property valuations and strategic advice.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure favorable outcomes for clients.
- Collaborate with marketing, photography, and staging teams to maximize property visibility.
- Attend industry events, network, and stay informed of local market trends and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all Florida real estate laws and agency standards.
- Leverage cutting-edge technology tools and CRM systems to optimize service delivery.
Qualification
- Active Florida Real Estate License (or in process).
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; real estate background preferred.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivation, professionalism, and a results-driven mindset.
- Strong local market knowledge and passion for Miami real estate.
