Responsibility
- Prospect and qualify buyers and sellers, building a robust pipeline of exclusive listings.
- Schedule and conduct property tours and open houses with a professional, client-focused approach.
- Prepare and present compelling price analyses, market reports, and listing presentations.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate transaction steps from contract to closing.
- Manage CRM data, track leads, and maintain accurate property information and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with in-house marketing to create high-converting listing descriptions and campaigns.
- Provide exceptional client service, ensuring timely communication and post-sale follow-up.
Qualification
- Active real estate license in New York and a minimum of 2 years of residential sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing deals.
- Strong knowledge of NYC neighborhoods, price trends, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, MLS, and digital marketing tools.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, respond promptly to clients, and maintain high ethical standards.
