Responsibility
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of buyers and sellers through proactive prospecting and lead follow-up.
- Conduct property showings, develop compelling listing presentations, and negotiate offers to secure favorable terms.
- Manage transaction timelines, documentation, and compliance from contract to close.
- Collaborate with mortgage lenders, inspectors, and title professionals to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Utilize CRM, MLS, and digital marketing tools to create exposure and generate activity.
- Deliver exceptional client service with timely communication and post-close support.
Qualification
- 2+ years of residential real estate sales experience (NY market a plus).
- Valid New York real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
- Proven negotiation and closing track record with a client-first approach.
- Familiarity with MLS, CRM platforms, and real estate marketing tools.
- Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
