Responsibility
- Develop and execute a proactive lead generation plan to build a robust pipeline of qualified buyers and sellers.
- List and market properties effectively, craft compelling listing presentations, and host engaging property tours.
- Negotiate offers, manage counteroffers, and guide clients through the closing process with precision.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track activities, and provide timely updates to clients and teammates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on digital campaigns, social media outreach, and targeted email campaigns.
- Stay informed on local market trends, pricing strategies, and competitive analysis to advise clients confidently.
- Deliver exceptional service that fosters repeat business and referrals.
Qualification
- Active Texas real estate license or eligibility to obtain within 90 days.
- 2+ years of residential real estate sales with a proven closing track record.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and client-service skills.
- Proficient with MLS, CRM platforms, and digital marketing tools.
- Strong time management, organization, and ability to manage multiple transactions.
