Momentum Realty Group is seeking a motivated, licensed Real Estate Agent to join our high-performance NYC team. You will guide buyers and sellers through every step of the transaction, craft compelling listing presentations, and build lasting client relationships in a luxury market.
As a key member of our team, you will leverage premium marketing, cutting edge technology, and a robust referral network to deliver outstanding outcomes for clients.
Responsibility
- Develop and nurture a pipeline of buyers and sellers in the New York City market
- Conduct property showings, market analyses, and price assessments
- Prepare and present compelling listing presentations and marketing plans
- Draft, negotiate, and review offers, contracts, and contingencies
- Coordinate transactions from contract to closing with attorneys, lenders, and title teams
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track performance metrics, and generate client insights
- Prospect for new business through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach
Qualification
- Active Real Estate License in New York or eligibility to obtain quickly
- 2+ years of real estate sales experience, with a track record of closing high-value deals
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with MLS, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools
- Strong market knowledge of NYC neighborhoods and pricing trends
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor's degree preferred in business, finance, or a related field
