Responsibility
- Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of buyer and seller leads through prospecting, outreach, and networking.
- Schedule and conduct property showings, market evaluations, and listing presentations.
- Create compelling listing materials and digital campaigns to maximize exposure across channels.
- Qualify clients, assess needs, and provide personalized guidance to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Negotiate offers, manage counteroffers, and coordinate inspections and contingencies to close deals.
- Collaborate with legal and escrow partners to ensure timely, accurate closings and documentation.
- Maintain accurate client records in the CRM, track performance metrics, and report progress to leadership.
Qualification
- New York State Real Estate License in good standing required.
- 1-5 years of proven success in real estate or high-value sales.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with MLS, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Highly organized, with strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when needed.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; a passion for real estate and client service is essential.
