Responsibility

  • Prospect and curate a robust pipeline of buyers and sellers; build lasting relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
  • Conduct market analyses, prepare CMA reports, and price properties accurately to maximize outcomes for clients.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, draft and review contracts, and coordinate closings with lenders, escrow, and title teams.
  • Create compelling property listings with professional photography, staging input, and targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct showings, open houses, and virtual tours to maximize exposure and drive engagement.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across MLS, social media, email, and paid channels.
  • Maintain CRM data, track KPIs, and provide timely, transparent updates to clients and leadership.

Qualification

  • Active California Real Estate License (Salesperson or Broker) with clean disciplinary record.
  • 1-5 years of real estate experience; proven track record in listings and client acquisition.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with MLS systems, CRM platforms, and digital marketing tools.
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic, integrity, and client-first mindset.
  • Ability to manage a busy calendar, prioritize tasks, and work independently as well as part of a team.
