Responsibility
- Develop and manage a portfolio of buyer and seller clients from initial contact to closing.
- List and market properties effectively using premium marketing tools and MLS integration.
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client communications with a professional demeanor.
- Execute strong negotiation strategies to maximize client outcomes and minimize cycle time.
- Maintain meticulous records in the CRM, track lead sources, and report progress to leadership.
- Collaborate with lenders, inspectors, title teams, and photographers to ensure smooth transactions.
- Prospect new clients through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
- Meet or exceed quarterly performance targets and contribute to team growth.
Qualification
- Active real estate license in New York State or eligible to obtain within 3 months.
- 2+ years of real estate sales experience with a proven track record.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with MLS, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and prioritization with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional client service.
- Reliable transportation and flexible scheduling for client meetings and showings.
