Responsibility
- Source, screen, and convert leads into signed listings and successful purchases.
- Perform property valuations and market analyses; prepare compelling listing presentations.
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and negotiations with buyers, sellers, and attorneys.
- Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns for listings using premium photography, staging, and digital channels.
- Manage the transaction lifecycle from contract to closing, ensuring compliance and timely communication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive referrals and repeat business.
- Collaborate with mortgage brokers, inspectors, and legal professionals to ensure smooth closings.
Qualification
- Active real estate license in New York State or ability to obtain quickly.
- 3+ years of real estate sales experience, preferably in luxury or urban markets.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong network and lead generation ability; proficiency with CRM and listing platforms.
- Self-motivated, service-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
