Responsibility
- Proactively prospect, qualify, and convert leads into active clients.
- List properties, conduct competitive market analyses (CMA), price strategy, and create compelling listing presentations.
- Coordinate professional photography, staging, and targeted marketing campaigns to maximize exposure.
- Show properties to prospective buyers, schedule tours, and host engaging open houses.
- Negotiate offers, counters, and manage the transaction timeline through closing.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track KPIs, and produce weekly performance reports.
- Collaborate with lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and contractors to ensure a smooth closing.
- Provide exceptional client service, educate clients on market conditions, and build lasting relationships.
Qualification
- Active NY Real Estate License with 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Proven track record of successful property closings and strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with MLS, CRM platforms, and digital marketing tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent real estate coursework.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
